The Board will then return to open session for the regular business meeting. Public Comment: Members of the public will have the opportunity to submit public comments in one of these ways: 1. Join the meeting in-person and comment publicly; 2. Rules of Order and Decorum: All of the Board’s normal rules of order and decorum for public address apply to comments submitted in-person, electronically or in writing. The Chair may rule written comments out of order in the same manner as spoken comments. Special Accommodations: Anyone who requires disability accommodations or may have trouble accessing the live video stream on December 5, 2024 is encouraged to contact Carrie Davis at 252-462-2511 or cbdavis@ncpschools.net prior to the day of the meeting to explore whether alternative arrangements can be made for viewing the meeting.
