Students, there is an awesome event happening on February 13th from 4:30pm - 6:30 pm at Nash Community College Brown Auditorium. It is the CTE Showcase. This event will allow you to participate in many hands-on career experiences. You will be able to talk to Nash County school staff, college staff, and professionals about careers that interest you. This will be a fun night of learning about careers. Also, there will be four large giveaways that you will be automatically entered in if you attend the CTE Showcase. Good evening Red Oak Family! Here are a few announcements for the upcoming week.
As we progress into the second semester, please ensure that you are attending school daily, completing all of your assignments, and following our simple behavior expectations. Your success and ultimately, your promotion to the next grade, depends heavily on these three things. Parents, continue to communicate any needs and concerns to our school staff to ensure two-way communication. I thank you in advance for your support!
Students, please remember to keep all electronic devices (phones, ear buds, headphones) powered off and out of sight during the school day. There is, and has been, a clear policy along with daily reminders about this. At this point in the year, this should not be an issue.
