Athletic physical forms are available outside the Athletic Office, in the main office and on the school’s website.
To participate in athletics, you and your parent must be registered in Finalforms (https://nashrockymount-nc.finalforms.com/), passed 3 out of 4 courses from last semester and have an updated physical on file.

Go to our school’s website, digital sports: www.digitalsports.com or Maxpreps: www.maxpreps.com to get schedules, rosters and results. You can also click on the away games (digital sports), and it will connect you to map quest for directions. There is a section where you can put your email address so that the system can notify you of any cancellations.

The Athletic Awards Banquet will be held on Thursday, May 8th. You must be in attendance to receive your awards. The meal will be served at 5 pm and the program will begin at 6 pm. Athletes are to see Coach Gainey the week of the program to get your meal ticket. There is no admission to this event unless your parents are planning to eat and those tickets can be purchased on GoFan.
Tuesday, Apr. 15th
• Roanoke Rapids defeated the Soccer team.
• Northern Nash defeated the Baseball team.
• Franklinton defeated the Softball team.
Wednesday, Apr. 16th
• Tennis will compete in the Big East Conference Championship at Sunset Park. Match time: TBA.
• Golf will compete at Northgreen Country Club. Tee time: 1 pm.
• Track will host Roanoke Rapids, Nash Central and Franklinton. Meet time: 3:30 pm.
Thursday, Apr. 17th
• Baseball and Softball will host Northern Nash. It is Senior Night, so please come out and say thank you for participating in Gryphons Athletics. Game time: 6 pm.
• Soccer will travel to Southern Nash. Game time: 6 pm.
• The City of Rocky Mount Senior Games will be competing at the stadium. Meet time: 10 am.
Wednesday, Apr. 23rd thru Apr. 25th.
• Baseball will compete in the Tarboro Easter Tournament.
