Athletic physical forms are available outside the Athletic Office, in the main office and on the school’s website.
To participate in athletics, you and your parent must be registered in Finalforms (https://nashrockymount-nc.finalforms.com/), passed 3 out of 4 courses from last semester and have an updated physical on file.

Go to our school’s website, digital sports: www.digitalsports.com or Maxpreps: www.maxpreps.com to get schedules, rosters and results. You can also click on the away games (digital sports), and it will connect you to map quest for directions. There is a section where you can put your email address so that the system can notify you of any cancellations.

Tuesday, Mar. 18th
• Golf will travel to The River Country Club. Tee time: 1 pm.
• Tennis will travel to Northern Nash. Match time: 3:30 pm.
• Soccer will travel to Nash Central. Game time: 4 pm.
• Baseball will host Franklinton. Game time: 6 pm.
Wednesday, Mar. 19th
• Track will host Bunn, Nash Central and Northern Nash. Meet time: 3:30 pm.
• Golf will compete at Northgreen Country Club. Tee time: 1 pm.
• Soccer will travel to Tarboro. Game time: 4:30 pm.
Thursday, Mar. 20th
• Tennis will travel to Bunn. Match time: 3:30 pm.
• Soccer will host Roanoke Rapids. Game time: 4 pm.
• Baseball and Softball will travel to Franklinton. Game time: 6 pm.
Saturday, Mar. 22nd
• RMHS Junior ROTC will be competing in the Tar River Drill Competition at Tarboro High School. They will compete against SW Edgecombe and Tarboro high schools in three drill events and four athletic events.
Monday, Mar. 24th
• Track will host Farmville Central and Tarboro. Meet time: 3:30 pm.
