Athletic physical forms are available outside the Athletic Office, in the main office and on the school’s website.
To participate in athletics, you and your parent must be registered in Finalforms (https://nashrockymount-nc.finalforms.com/), passed 3 out of 4 courses from last semester and have an updated physical on file.

You can also click on the away games (digital sports), and it will connect you to map quest for directions. There is a section where you can put your email address so that the system can notify you of any cancellations.

Saturday (Nov. 18)
- Cheerleaders finished 1st in their division.
- Indoor track results: Girls 1st and Boys 2nd. Congratulations to the following members who qualified to compete in the NCHSAA State meet: Jaedon Kearney and KeSondra Pickett in the triple jump. The 4x200 team with Jaylen Williams, Isaiah Silver, Joe Lewis, and Jaedon Kearney.
Monday (Nov. 20)
- Wrestling will travel to Farmville Central. Match time: 4 pm.
Tuesday (Nov. 21)
- Basketball will host Hunt. Game time: 4:30 pm.
Saturday (Nov. 25)
- Girls’ Basketball will travel to Southeast Raleigh to participate in their holiday invitational. The will play Dudley at 5 pm. Admission: $10 (Cash only)
