Kelvin Shackleford has been in the field of education for 16 years. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology in Wake Forest University. He received his licensure in Social Studies and a Master’s of School Administration from East Carolina University. He started his teaching career as a high school Social Studies teacher in Pitt County in 2004 before being selected as a Principal Fellow in 2014. He has served in the role of Assistant Principal in NRMPS since 2016. He most recently served as the Assistant Principal at Coopers Elementary School.

Mrs. Natasha Williams holds a Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Education Studies. With 17 years of experience in public education, she has had the privilege of working with diverse groups of students, particularly early learners, to foster their academic and personal growth.
Throughout her career, she has been deeply committed to creating a supportive and enriching learning environment where young children can thrive. Mrs. Williams believes that the early years are a critical time for development, and is passionate about providing students with the foundational skills they need to succeed in their educational journey.“I am excited to build relationships with parents, students and staff to ensure that our school community continues to thrive.
